Since the *end of the De-Minimis regime in the U.S., **all shipments from outside the country require formal customs clearance and payment of duties and taxes. This means that *even for low-value orders, the recipient will have to pay the applicable taxes before receiving the package.

Shipments outside the European Union

  • All international shipments may be subject to duties, import taxes, and customs fees according to the regulations of the destination country.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Processing & Shipping Times

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• If there are delays due to high order volumes, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials for reference.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
